With Peery's estimated completion rate coming up this June, we wanted to provide its future residents an insight into its lodging possibilities. The twelve living spaces include one and two bedroom floor plans. Each living space is being renovated to respect Peery's original Prairie style while modernizing them with unique contemporary accents.
The one bedroom apartments will maintain their french door and balcony spaces. And the two bedroom apartments shall have a sunroom. Both layouts focused on keeping the area open and full of natural light.
