Carbon Architects combines the traditional pencil-to-paper approach with the latest technology to develop your project. During design production, we use AutoCAD and Revit/BIM technology to improve a precise design that fits our client's needs and wants.
Presentation is significant to us here at Carbon Architects; that's why we use 3DS Max and Photoshop to beautifully demonstrate our team's creativity, efficiency, simplification, and organization.
It is important to simplify the design process and shorten the distance between concept to construction. Our process allows our clients to fully visualize the evolution of their space in an exciting and real-time approach.
CONSTRUCTION & MANAGEMENT
With expertise in both design and construction, Carbon Architects can approach the building of a project from a unique point of view, understanding how each decision or modification will affect not only the rest of the design but the schedule and the project cost as well.
Because we utilize the latest in project management software, which links with our design software, our schedules and budgets are tightly orchestrated for efficiency, whether we are self-performing or managing subcontractors. Quality construction begins and ends with outstanding construction management, and frankly, we get a little OCD about the entire process, even if we didn’t design the project.
Long before the ground is broken and even after our clients move in, Carbon Architects oversees all the pre-construction and construction details. Including site evaluations, design reviews, finance planning/budgets, permitting, subcontractor scheduling/monitoring, risk management (insurance, licensing, bonding), safety, cost controls, and warranty, all with open book accounting and cost reporting. We are our client’s best representative.
