Wasatch Towers 503

The interior remodel of this classic 1960’s condominium seemed to be a throwback to Mission Impossible. Demolition included taking half of a building floor down to a shell. From there, the logistical challenges included moving debris from and getting new materials to the 5th floor, all without disrupting the neighbors above, below and next door.

Using the architect owners design, the floor plan was completely modified, with all electrical, plumbing, windows, and interior/ exterior doors replaced before detailing the space with custom fabricated materials and imported finishes. Mission accomplished.
