Historic Scott School

​Carbon Architects was commissioned to provide programming and planning services to South Salt Lake City for the Historic Scott School campus. The current facility consists of 4 buildings on 1.6 acres located on 3300 south and 500 east in South Salt Lake City.

There are various arts and crafts classes (pottery, weaving, jewelry, etc.) currently being held on the campus, as well as numerous after-school programs and a joint venture writing lab with Westminster College. Carbon Architects worked to bring the historic structures up to current building and accessibility codes and helped to plan and design how and where these various programs can be best organized in the existing facility.

Historic Scott School was completed in 2016.
