What do you get when you cross two busy but creative, risk-­‐taking executives with a desire for a dream master suite? You get the Welsh Remodel, one of Carbon Architects’ wildest projects yet. Carbon Architects designed and built the new master bedroom and bathroom in an empty space above the garage in the existing home, taking a once unused space and creating a colorful, inspiring oasis.

 

Along with the standard remodel challenges of working in an occupied home, Carbon was tasked with building a solid glass steam shower (complete with a glass ceiling), correcting numerous existing structural deficiencies, and adding 9 new windows to a previously cavernous space.
