It started out as a single big cold, concrete basement. It became a warm, welcoming gathering place for family and friends. Carbon Architects was able to transform this lower level into an exceptional light-filled living space with all of the requested elements (full kitchen, theater room, large family room, and bedroom.)

 

Complete with beautiful details and finishes, including the beamed ceiling and the custom built-ins for display, the new space is now the perfect spot for intimate family movie nights or entertaining large groups of friends. And with Carbon Architects as both the designer and the contractor, the transition between “thought and thing” was just that easy; all of the details were built just as they had been imagined and drawn.
